Goni was the first to question Manfred’s fortune. Funny things is that all the big fishes have been left alone by Evo, heck he even put one of them as a minister early on in his government. Minister of Development, I think, worth over $US40M from who knows what. He has also kept Walker San Miguel, Quintana and Rada…these belong next to Chito Valle, Pepelucho, Doria Medina, Marinkovich, Santos Ramirez, Juan sin Miedo etc in a nice comfortable room breathing nothing but natural gas.

So while I have no love for any of these, the timing is really suspicious. Why go after him now? It is clear that Evo is comfortable with these thieves, as long as they don’t challenge him politically…smells like Putin to me.
