According to ABI, La Paz authorities apparently have a “key witness” hidden away, who has video of the amazingly inept alleged international terrorist cell lamenting about a missed opportunity to blow up Morales’s boat on Lake Titicaca during a recent presidential outing (the symbolism of which is really ugly), and talking explosives talk. The video is currently being tested by audio technicians. Let’s hope we see it soon.
