I’m a reporter, editor, and wanderer, currently traveling back to Bolivia, where I observed the tumultuous times there in 2008 during the buildup to Evo Morales’s big win in his recall election at the end of that year. I’m interested in all things Bolivian–from the MAS and the opposition to the Andes and the lowlands. In New York City, I’ve worked as an editor and reporter for several newsweeklies, including The New York Observer, The Village Voice, and New York Press. I’ve also dabbled in glossy mags, freelancing for Jane, Stuff, TV Guide, and many others that I’ve forgotten about. I’ve also done stints as a legal and financial proofreader.

I am now the Chairperson for the Eastchester Environmental Advisory Committee - doing what I can for the community. We are working on some major initiatives, more news to follow.
